More than 100 gay-right protesters took to downtown Tampa to criticize the recent airing of an anti-gay, hourlong paid program on NBC affiliate News Channel 8 (run on the same day as the St. Petersburg Gay Pride Parade). The group covered both sides of Kennedy Boulevard in front station owner Media General's downtown News Center on the Hillsborough River.
